Our Story
Bocage Crawfish began as a joint venture between family-owned rice and crawfish farms in Crowley, LA.
Our partners represent generations of farming families that have made their living off of the land that we sill work today. We have a strong commitment to environmental stewardship so that farming remains a viable option for future generations. As crawfish producers, we are able to manage the freshness of our products from growth, harvest, handling, and processing. Since we control the supply chain from beginning to end, there is not a fresher product available to our customers.

Our new state-of-the-art Laitram Cooker is the gold standard in the seafood processing industry with its slow steam cooking technique and computer monitoring system. Coupled with our nitrogen freezing system, we are able to guarantee the highest quality of food safety.
